Salary: £60,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00
Location: Barnsley

This is a hands‑on role focused on team leadership, stock accuracy, safety, and efficient material flow to support production and customer deliveries.

Requirements
Warehouse & logistics management experience
Food manufacturing experience preferred
Counterbalance licence (essential), Reach licence (preferred)
Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills

Site Bakery Engineer

Our Client, based in Carlton Industrial Estate, Barnsley, is looking for a Site Bakery Engineer to support bakery and production lines with electrical and mechanical maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Salary: £44,000–£49,420

Hours: 3 on / 3 off | Full‑time

Location: Barnsley

Requirements:
Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical
Apprentice trained
FMCG/industrial experience
Strong electrical/mechanical skills
Shifts: 3 on / 3 off, days & nights (7–7)

Production Operatives

Our Client, based in Carlton Industrial Estate, Barnsley, is seeking reliable Production Operatives to join our bakery teams.

Salary: £14.17- £1.4.72 hourly

Hours: 3 on, 3 off, days & nights continental shifts, 12 hours per shift.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, ideal for those with food industry experience who want to be part of a supportive and hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities:

Weigh ingredients following job sheets

Mix ingredients manually (gloves provided)
Operate or assist with bakery machinery as required

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area, including equipment, floors and surfaces
Unbox and manually handle ingredients

Quality Assurance Assistant

Our Barnsley-based Client is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to work with their Technical Team on quality checks, audits, traceability, mass balance, and customer complaints, and support our BRCGS standards.

Salary: £32,000–£34,000

Hours: Full-time, Wednesday–Sunday, 8am–4pm.

Experience in food manufacturing is required.

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 3 on, 3 off, days & nights continental shifts, 12 hours per shift.

Required Skills: Warehouse experience (essential)
