Welcome to Charto Recruitment.
We are a specialist recruitment firm supporting Food & FMCG, Manufacturing and Engineering businesses across Yorkshire and beyond.
We were founded in 2022 after our sister business, Haywood & Padgett, needed a recruitment partner that understood the realities of production, from finding reliable staff at the drop of a hat when customer orders doubled overnight, to recruiting for skilled, technical and management roles.
We weren't able to find the specialist responsive service we were looking for, so we built it ourselves. This experience shaped Charto's approach from day one.
We don't just recruit for industry, we understand it.

With over 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry, I understand how important it is to find the right staff to help businesses operate efficiently and keep operations running smoothly.
I'm passionate about building relationships with both clients and candidates and delivering a personal and highly reliable service.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling, playing tennis and finding new coffee spots!

I joined Charto Recruitment over a year ago, starting a new chapter in my professional journey.
I’ve worked my way up through every level, from Consultant to Manager, meaning I know every secret of the recruitment process.
In my free time, I choose what’s simple and meaningful: fresh air, really good food, and quality moments with the people I love.

Having worked in finance and banking recruitment in Hong Kong for many years, I bring international commercial experience to Charto Recruitment, with a strong background in client relationships and fast-paced professional environments.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, travelling, and I am also a massive foodie.
